Group Therapy serves as a space to nourish healing within community, get back to the foundation of a village, and navigate hardships with others going through shared experience. It decreases isolation, fosters belonging and understanding, normalizes the unique challenges and barriers black mothers navigate, with a space that allows us to release and not carry what society has placed on us and those in our lineage. Collective learning and healing forms reciprocity and empowerement.
